Onboarding

Selected participants are officially welcomed into the program through a structured onboarding process. They are provided with the curriculum, expectations, program resources, and tools needed for success. This stage may include orientation sessions with program leaders, mentors, and facilitators to help participants settle in and get familiar with the structure and timeline of the training.
